Nebra sky disc, the oldest known depiction of the heavens (c. 1600 BCE). You can see the sun, a crescent moon, (probably) the Pleiades, and other stars. It was dug up by German treasure hunters in 1999, It is now at the State Museum of Prehistory in Halle.
